Torbjörn Lööf proposed as new Chairman of the Board of Husqvarna AB By Investing.com

STOCKHOLM, Nov. 14, 2024 /PRNewswire/ — Tom Johnstone refused to be re-elected as Chairman of the Board Husqvarna AB. He will remain as Chairman of the Board until the next Annual General Meeting, which will be held April 29, 2025. The Nomination Committee intends to propose the election of Torbjörn Lööf as the new Chairman of the Board of Husqvarna AB.

Tom Johnstone served as Chairman of the Board Husqvarna AB since 2015 and has been a member of the Board since 2006. Torbjörn Lööf was part of Husqvarna houses Board of Directors from 2023 and was elected as the Vice Chairman of the Board at the official meeting of the Board held in connection with the General Meeting of the Year 2024.

The Nominating Committee intends to include its proposal for Torbjörn Lööf as Chairman of the Board of Directors as part of other proposals to be submitted prior to the 2025 Annual General Meeting.
