NORTHBROOK, Ill., Dec. 6, 2024 – Allstate announced approximately $29.3 million in combined dividends on three series of preferred stock during the return period from Oct. 15, 2024, until Jan. 14, 2025. All preferred dividends are paid in cash on Jan. 15, 2025, to shareholders of record at the close of business on Dec. 31, 2024, as follows:
