Subscribe for 10 days challenge (Starting Monday!)

Can you use more encouragement and motivation to move your body? I can! One of my goals in February to do better job to prioritize work. I put the goal of working for 10 minutes a day in January, but then I didn’t plan to do it early … that is that most days didn’t happen!

In February, my intention to get up early and get my Workout of the first thing in the morning – before my day started. I’ve been trying this program this week and makes such a difference. In fact, I got my regular training this week!

Helping to answer and stick with my plan, I have decided to invite anyone who wants me to join me a 10-day, 10-day challenge! Here is the details:

  1. Starting Monday (February 3, 2025) and will work every day on February 14, 2025.
  2. To join, just Choose a 10-minute exercise program or exercise type you will do to make 10 minutes day. (If you want to follow the program I use, see below.)
  3. Leave a comment below Allowing me to notify me to join us and any app, exercise, or movement to do.
  4. Follow me on Instagram And I’ll send a daily post on matters after I finish my use and I’ll invite you to log in and let me know you have completed your use, too. Can’t wait to please you – and have more answer!

10-minute exercise program I will be doing

I will use the 10 challenges of 10 challenges that are part of many different exercise programs and challenges provided by healthy TV membership. You can find access to all their on-Demant Workout videos (offering many different types of apps!) $ 0.49 for all year !!

Once you sign up, just go to the challenges tab and look at 10 challenge. You can download the first or medium-term program completed with videos that travel to you through daily use. (All use Workoughts Workoughts Workout and should not require additional equipment!)
