Co-op Food's freezer-filling meal deal is always a favorite with savvy shoppers, and offers quick, cheap food if you're in a hurry or fancy a treat.
The deal costs £5 if you are a Co-op member, with Co-op Member prices. It's £6 for non-members, but you're still a great saver either way.

Then this Freezer Favorites frozen food deal from the Co-op is perfect.
This month's Co-op food deal includes everything for cheap frozen dinners.
One of the reasons it's so popular is because you save so much!
If you bought all the frozen meals separately, it would cost you £14.70, saving you £9.70 cheaper on this deal (£8.70 saving for non-members).
Co-op £5 frozen meal
Here's what you get from the Co-op for £5:

The deal is also not available in all stores, so don't get your hopes up before you go to the store.

The deal also applies to many of Nisa's Co-op grocery stores, although you won't be able to access the member's price.
You can also get a big discount only if you buy all the items in the same transaction.
Unfortunately, you can't change any food.
This current Co-op food deal runs until 3 August 2024.
And don't forget, you can get a 10% discount on a Co-op deal if you have a Young Scot card (the Co-op no longer accepts a student discount with a TOTUM or NUS discount card).
This is not a one-off deal, and the Co-op should release a new food deal at the end of the month.

You can get Co-op online delivery and delivery through Deliveroo for a range of essentials.
This Co-op deal is available for delivery.
Not all Co-op stores currently offer direct delivery, but you can get Co-op food via Deliveroo.
If you want to shop with the Co-op using the Deliveroo app, you can have your food delivered in 15 minutes.

Many stores also offer delivery or collection of this deal within two hours through the online shopping site.
