I have spent the last 20 years trying to answer three questions:
- How do the rich get rich?
- Why the poor, the poor? again
- How do Rich and Poor people spend their time every day?
I learned a lot.
Most of the data I gathered in my five-year study of Wealthy Habits showed that what separated the rich from the poor were their daily habits, their abundance versus scarcity mindset and the choices/decisions they made in life.
The second discovery I made, specifically about how the rich got rich, was that there was one of the Four Paths to Wealth, tied to your specific personality profile, that led to wealth creation. If you desire wealth and choose the right path to wealth, one that suits your particular personality, then you were almost guaranteed to be rich, or at least achieve financial independence in retirement.
However, I keep getting asked by the media if there is a “Secret” I have discovered to build wealth.
After much thought, I found the secret, and here it is:

- Steady and Endless Pursuit of Dreams
- Strong and Endless Success for the Goals Behind Every Dream You Pursue
- A Steady and Relentless Focus on Your Destination – Whoever You Want to Be in Ten, Fifteen or Twenty Years
- Strong and Relentless Focused Action – Taking Daily Action on Your Dreams and Goals
- Building a Stable and Perpetual Income Stream – One Income Stream at a Time
- Building Steady And Endless Relationships With Influencers – An Influencer Is Anyone Who Can Help Achieve Your Dreams And Achieve Your Goals.
- Steady & Relentless Saving & Investment – Maintaining a standard of living that allows you to save money, which you invest wisely
