The FAA has approved the Oct 7 flight of the SpaceX Falcon 9 vehicle via Reuters
WASHINGTON (Reuters) – The SpaceX Falcon 9 vehicle has been cleared to return to flight for a scheduled launch on October 7 from a space station in Florida, the US Federal Aviation Administration said on Sunday.
“The SpaceX Falcon 9 vehicle is authorized to return to flight only on the Hera mission scheduled for launch on Oct. 7 from the Cape Canaveral Space Force Station in Florida. The FAA has determined that the absence of a second re-entry stage in this mission adequately reduces the risk to the public in the event of the same error occurred in the Crew-9 mission,” the FAA said.
