At the recent Applied Net conference in Nashville, EZLynx president Michael Streit, (pictured above left), noted that new organizations have chosen EZLynx three times more than their competitors, saying, “At the rate we're going, we're going to have a lot of power. more than half the market in a few years.”
With the platform welcoming more than 2,000 new users, bringing its current total to 8,000, EZLynx is well on its way to becoming the go-to tool for agents, salespeople, and agency workers.

The company has grown its engineering team by more than 20% in the past year and doubled the size of its customer success team. This investment underscores EZLynx's commitment to innovating for the next wave of industry challenges, ensuring they remain at the forefront of delivering unique solutions to their customers.
“There are software companies that focus on delivering bare-bones solutions at low cost. Others want to offer smaller solutions that require more integration. That's not a bad mission, but it's not ours. Our goal is to provide a powerful agent collaboration solution,” Streit said.
The “agency in a box” concept reflects EZLynx's core mission. Realizing that agents often spend valuable time navigating multiple carrier sites and re-entering quote data, the company aims to revolutionize this process. Their goal was straightforward but impactful: to enable agents to get three quotes in just 15 minutes, turning a once-boring task into a regular experience.
“Agents are not technical experts, and they shouldn't be,” said Breanna Johnson, (pictured above right), vice president of product management at EZLynx. “They shouldn't need to fight systems or worry about technology. Instead, they should have a tool that works seamlessly, doing everything they need to, so they can focus on what they do best—building relationships and selling insurance.”

- Integrate tools: EZLynx consolidates key functions into a single platform. As Streit shared, “Many of our agents don't want to spend time putting together different technology solutions,” emphasizing the platform's ability to reduce technology fragmentation.
- Maximize the power of data: The EZLynx platform uses aggregated data to optimize opportunities. Johnson explained, “We have a product called Agency Insights for Sales Center that digs into your book of business and citation data and can surface sales opportunities or close sales.”
- Speed up workflow: EZLynx's seamless data integration reduces errors and streamlines workflow. Streit said, “When everything is natural and in the same system it eliminates errors and makes the workflow run faster and smoother.”

“We're only as successful as we help make our agency partners,” Johnson explained. This customer-centric mindset ensures that EZLynx anticipates and solves real-world challenges, helping agents succeed in a competitive market.
Streit echoed this sentiment, saying, “We ask a lot of thought-provoking questions. It is our responsibility to understand how to best solve agent problems, which requires us to listen and empathize with our customers.”
