Cyber risk Resilience solutions provider has brought on Matthew Polly (pictured) to serve as chief revenue officer.
Polly, an experienced industry leader and former vice president of sales at CrowdStrike, will be responsible for overseeing and expanding the company's monetization programs, working closely with Resilience's senior leadership to drive growth.
The new CRO's extensive experience, particularly in driving the adoption of CrowdStrike's Falcon Platform and building business relationships, will prove invaluable in advancing Resilience's ambitions.
Vishaal “V8” Hariprasad, founder and CEO of Resilience, commented: “Resilience was founded with a simple mission: we need to empower and empower cyber leaders to make better business decisions and manage cyber as a technical and financial risk. .
“Bringing in an incumbent leader like Matthew Polly is essential to accomplishing this task. With a proven track record leading CrowdStrike's efforts to reimagine endpoint security, he understands how to shape strategy to accelerate the adoption of a leading solution like ours.
Polly's appointment comes at a time of significant momentum for Fitness. The company recently made other leadership appointments, including Rebecca Jones as senior vice president of engineering and Jeremy Gittler as head of global claims, as well as the promotion of Killian Brady to senior underwriting manager.
Reflecting on her new offering, Polly said: “The cybersecurity landscape is changing rapidly as cybersecurity leaders and their boards realize that investing in governance is not enough. They must prioritize strategies to stay ahead of threat players and prevent financial losses against the growing pressure to demonstrate a return on every dollar spent.
“Strength – and its unique approach to combining market-leading cyber insurance with an innovative risk management and security solution – is being launched to help clients solve this complex calculus. I'm excited for the opportunity.”
